Responsibilities:

• Help customer solve service problems together with sales.
• Internal communicate with different department to proceed the business.
• Collect marketing information from sales and analysist.
• Assist sales department dealing special case both internal and external.

Requirements:

• College degree or above, fluent English reading and communication skills.
• More than 2 years relevant experience, prefer working in e-commerce industry;
• Good customer service awareness and teamwork spirit.
• Familiar with office, salesforce and other office software.
