Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Network Entry Point Strategy: Drive continuous improvement on WS& app as an education and conversion engine, including conversion rate optimization & SEO

• Customer champion: work on constant improvement of a customer journey

• Marketing Integration: Connect our network entry point efforts with segment marketing priorities in order drive performance

• Performance Management: Establish customer-centric measures, clear goals and an operating model that delivers reliable returns on investment

• Program Innovation: Identify and scale new programs and step-change performance improvement opportunities that “raise the ceiling”

• Partner with Analytics to uncover user insights, create the experimentation roadmap and execute a rigorous A/B testing agenda to enhance entry point effectiveness.

• Global integration: Be the single voice into regional WS teams to share priorities and connect into global programs to represent China

任职条件

Job Requirements:

• 8-10 years marketing experience with payments and entry point optimization experience.

• Demonstrated excellence in delivering best in class network entry points.

• International experience is a plus

• Highly analytical, and technical savvy

• Deliver on time and in line with budget allocated

• Brilliant collaborator and one team player.

• Work with partners and analytics to track campaign effectiveness.

• Ability to work in ambiguous environment, embracing change & delivering strong business outcomes.
