The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

Job Description:

• Assist in setting of discounts and deals in the system, thus be the backbone of powering the Shopee system
• Interface with internal stakeholders to curate flash deals
• React fast to changing demand in the market and able to ramp up quickly in terms of workload if necessary
• Identifies continuous improvement opportunities to increase speed and collaboration across the team

Requirements:

• High attention to detail
• Passionate about working behind the scenes to make things happen
• Patience in performing administrative tasks
• Understanding of Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP)
• Good team player and with can-do attitude
