Standard-Size Restock limits crippling my growth

Over the last two weeks, my sales have exponentially increased and I'm having trouble keeping inventory inside of Amazon. I have plenty of units to ship in but when I go to create a new shipping plan, Amazon does not allow me to ship in further units because I'm capped at 1000.

What can I do about this? I'm selling up to 100 units PER DAY. 10 day lead time is not enough time for me to ship units, have amazon check in then fulfil.

Seller support has a strict "no inventory increases" rule...trust me I've tried. Any guidance would be appreciated.

There have been quite a few posts on this, but we are like dogs barking behind a plywood fence. We can't see shit, We can't do shit. Amazon gets attacked here often for not caring about sellers and only caring about their bottom line, but I don't understand how these ultra-low limits helps anyone's bottom line including Amazon.

You are right about communication/transparency. We are getting mixed messages if this is a policy change that we need to adapt to or temporary due to COVID. It would really help to understand that at least.

You need to sell a minumum %8 of your used inventory space/unit at amazon for 6 weeks to see a change with your storage limits. I am not %100 sure on whether it should be consistent or not though it probably should.

As a seller with seasonal products (70%+ of annual sales happen over a 5 week period), these new caps are absolutely terrible. If these policies stick around for the holiday season, I don't see how I can possibly make it work.
