What exactly is this defined as? My supplier has "min sells" often in 2,3,6,12 sizes. I have used this value as the case pack size because I've noticed they often come bundled in those sizes. However I have also had case packed items come in their own boxes with higher quantities?
Also, I've noticed I can change the case orientation from say 100 units to a single case, to 10 cases of 10 units. This is after the shipment is already created in the manage shipment page. Is this ok?
