change deposit account from other's to mine

can I change Amazon deposit account from my partner's to my bank account?

the account was opened by his name and creditcard. nowadays, he doesn't wanna manage the payment, does Amazon allow us to make this change? will be there any problems for account safety?

Yes, you can. I just changed business bank accounts and had to update my deposit account. It was quite easy.
