Any Of You Work With an Amazon Relationship Manager Firm?

We've been dealing with recurrent Amazon issues, as many small sellers do. Currently Amazon seems to have mislabeled many of our ASINs, are not providing specific details as to what was mislabeled, and are shipping customers the wrong products. The opportunity cost of the time to sort out these issues is enormous, and we've been considering partnering with a firm that could act as a liaison between us and Amazon and take care of these sorts of issues, ideally with access to an Amazon rep (if those still exist). Ads optimization would be a useful service as well but would be secondary to the relationship manager role. If anyone here works with such a firm and has recommendations/referrals would love to hear them.
